Contribution terms.
Money coming in works differently from money going out. Here's the plain-English version.
v1 draft — plain-English summary of terms pending counsel review. The signed grant letter governs.
01
Not tax-deductible
Final Final Fund is a giving program of Das Creative LLC, not a 501(c)(3) charity. Contributions are not tax-deductible and are not charitable donations. We call them contributions on purpose — precise language, no confusion at tax time.
02
No goods or services
You get nothing material in return for a contribution. Trustee recognition, where offered, is honorary only — a name, not a transaction.
03
Where it goes
Contributions fund grants to artists. Every contribution appears on the public ledger with an amount, a date, and a label. Your name appears only with your consent — "anonymous" is always available, no questions asked.
04
Refunds
Ask within 30 days and we'll refund a contribution, as long as it hasn't already been granted out to an artist. Once it's out the door, it's out the door.
05
Pausing intake
We may pause taking contributions at any time — if the fund is fully allocated for a cycle, for instance. The ledger shows why, in plain language, the same day it happens.
