We fund the last mile — the version that ships. Tell us what you're making, what it takes to finish, and whether it happens without us. We read every word.

What we don't fund
- [ ]Equipment you keep. (Rentals, yes — gear you walk away with, no.)
- [ ]Tuition or living costs.
- [ ]Projects that would happen anyway. We ask, and we mean it.
- [ ]Companies or incorporated acts — year one is individuals only.
- [ ]Anything already released.
- When do I hear back?
- Within 30 days — a decision by Dec 15, 2026 for this cycle. A yes or a no, and a no comes with a reason.
- Do I owe taxes if I get funded?
- Grants are income. If yours is $600 or more, it's 1099-MISC reportable and we collect a W-9 at acceptance. We tell you up front so April doesn't surprise you. (Contributions intothe fund aren't tax-deductible — we're an LLC program, not a charity, and we say so plainly.)
- What if the answer is no?
- A "no" comes with a reason. You can reapply next cycle — a new project, or the same one made stronger.
- What if a funded project dies?
- It happens. Send us a short note on what happened — no performance required. Then wait two cycles before you reapply. We'd rather fund honest failure than punish it.
