FINAL FINAL FUND

What we collect, where it lives, and how to get it deleted.

v1 draft — plain-English summary of terms pending counsel review. The signed grant letter governs.

01

What we collect

Whatever the application asks for — your name, email, location, work links, project details, budget — and nothing more. No hidden fields, no data broker enrichment.

02

No ad trackers

We don't run advertising trackers or sell attribution data to anyone. If we add analytics, it's to understand whether the site works, not to follow you around the internet.

03

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers — Supabase and Vercel. We don't run our own servers, and we don't hand data to anyone else.

04

Declined applications

If your application is declined, we purge it 18 months after the decision. We keep it that long only to answer our own questions about consistency and fairness in how we decide.

05

Funded projects

If you're funded, your project data becomes part of the public record — the ledger and the shipped gallery — per the publicity choices you make at acceptance. That data isn't purged; it's the accountability record the fund is built on.

06

Access & deletion

Email us and we'll show you what we have or delete it, subject to what's already public per your own publicity choices on a funded grant.

07

We never sell data

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Ever.
